Serene Comfort

 A Sublime Setting

Designed by Dave in the shape of a half-moon — a symbol of fertility, renewal, and flow — the Supreme Lodge carries a natural harmony that complements the land. Crystals set into the walls enhance clarity, calm, and well-being, while the design itself feels deeply aligned with nature’s rhythms.

From the wide veranda, the powerful presence of Mt Jukes rises before you. Its volcanic form holds a grounding, timeless energy that both steadies and uplifts. Here, every sunrise and sunset becomes part of the retreat experience — a reminder of nature’s ability to restore balance and inspire transformation.

The Supreme Lodge

The main area features a versatile king bed or can be used as a daybed and a private outdoor bath and shower, creating a central place for both rest and reflection. With a full kitchen, laundry, espresso machine, fans, and air conditioning, the lodge is fully equipped for group use. A wide veranda with seating for 10 opens to sweeping views of Mt Jukes, ideal for shared meals and connection. Another table for dining can be added.

Together, the lodge and cabins can provide accommodation for up to 10 retreat guests, all within a private setting, 100 metres away from any other buildings.

EmbraceThe Mountain

Beside the bath, the view of Mt Jukes unfolds in its full presence — ancient, grounding, and alive with energy. To sink into warm water here, beneath the open sky, is to feel both held and uplifted by the land itself. This is more than relaxation; it is a moment of deep connection with nature’s power. Guests often speak of a quiet stillness that arises, as if the mountain breathes its strength into the heart of the retreat.

🌿 Cosy Timber Cabins for Your Guests

Complementing the Supreme Lodge are five timber cabins, thoughtfully connected by a covered walkway that links each room while still allowing privacy. This design keeps the group close and supported, while offering participants their own restful space.

Each cabin features an ensuite, cosy bedding, air conditioning, fans, and tea facilities. Configurations include 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twin king singles, each spanning 20 square metres.

Together, the cabins create flexible, comfortable accommodation within the lodge grounds — a retreat setting that balances connection and seclusion, ensuring guests feel at ease throughout their stay.

Testimonials

From the moment we arrived, the peace and tranquillity could be felt.

The accommodation was so well done with the little finishing touches showing so much thought and care. We will definitely be back again to experience the beauty and serenity of the place. Our host was so thoughtful and helpful as well.

Wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful, natural setting, with well tended areas. Variety of accommodation options and all beautifully appointed, professionally finished. Food provided was excellent, with quality ingredients and delicious at every meal. Complimentary bathroom organic wash etc. Bidets installation must make a great difference to the sustainability success of the enterprise. Yoga, meditation, infra-red saunas, creek dips were all very well appreciated and educational. Thank you for the retreat and all the efforts you made the weekend 💕

From the moment we arrived I could feel my body start to relax. Hard to sum up in a few words the effect 2 days/nights has had on me. The view, the incredibly comfortable bed, the shower, the bath with the salts laying back in that on the deck with the fire going was amazing! I really want to go on and on and will be to anyone who cares to listen best place ever I feel like a new person and already planning my next stay!

I booked this stay for my partner knowing full well she’d love it, I myself wasn’t sure what I’d think of it, however by the end of our stay I can honestly say this was an amazing experience that will stick with my forever! Before arriving I wasn’t sure how I’d find the food (not being a vegetarian myself) but Aune’s cooking was amazing!! Having left feeling relaxed and refreshed, this is definitely a place I’d put on my bucket list if I was visiting the Mackay region 😊 Photos below are the view from our glamping tent

What a world class place. The glamping tents are spectacular, spacious and very comfortable. Bamboo keeps your privacy for the outdoor bath. Well worth the cost. The outdoor ensuite is well designed and thought through with views to the mountain while showering - and private. The team there are very hospitable, knowledgeable friendly and make the stay very special. We will be back to this transformative, relaxing and special place.

Relaxing, quiet and surrounded by nature, Mt Jukes Eco Retreat is a dream! A great place to spend with family and or friends and get away from the business of life and the constant noise of technology. Really recommend staying here!

Oh my. This resort is amazing. You can’t look away from the mountains, it is just spectacular. 4 of us ladies went to unwind and reduce our stress levels. We definitely did that. Dave organised us yoga, breath work and sound therapy - all were amazing and highly recommend. We also had a sauna and a dip in the creek and on my it was my favourite part! We went early July and the cold weather was perfect. We stayed in the glamping tents and they are well though out with everything you need including an ensuite. We also had a campfire. Food was amazing and I highly recommend. Dave continually thought about our stay and how to make it amazing and exactly what we wanted. We only wished we stayed longer. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for our next stay.

Absolutely stunning place. So many little details that makes the place very special and unique. Dave and Auna are lovely and kind people and you can see the love they put into this place. I was part of the day retreat and it was the perfect day. Starting with traditional Yoga, which was for me a new but absolutely amazing experience. Then Sauna and swimming and refreshing in the creek to a delicious and nutritious lunch to a very calimg and relaxing sound healing meditation. The whole day felt just perfect, calming and perfect to recharge and reconnect with yourself. The accommodation was the perfect addition to the whole experience. I definitely can recommend the weekend escape experience for everyone to slow down at least for a weekend.
